The Client: An employee rewards programs management company.

The Solution: Brightwell Payments assessed the company's needs and hit upon the idea of creating a re-loadable employee incentive card. This new card allowed the company to recognize worker loyalty and excellence - paying out rewards and commissions as the employees earned them.

The Result: Employee enthusiasm for the program helped the company reach their goals. Improved performance meant a dramatic increase in program participation. Employees were very pleased with the fun, convenient way to spend their hard-earned reward funds.
